The initial telephone consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and is free.
Subsequent therapy sessions last approximately 1 hour and cost between £50 and £65 per session, depending on the therapy.

Counselling & Psychotherapy
I offer counselling & psychotherapy in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Counselling is a brief intervention (short-term) solution-focused talking therapy that centres around addictive patterns of behaviour.
Integrated Psychotherapy focuses on working with clients for a longer-term and draws from insight into emotional problems and difficulties. I practice Transaction Analysis psychotherapy, which is designed to explore a client’s personality and how this has been shaped by experiences, particularly those stemming from childhood.
Hypnotherapy is a skilled communication aimed at directing a person’s imagination in a way that helps elicit changes in perceptions, sensations, thoughts and behaviours.
Do you want to be Smoke-Free, to take back control of your Emotional Eating Habits, to learn to deal with Panic and Anxiety, or do you just want to change the way you feel? You are not alone!
I provide specialist hypnotherapy sessions to help you deal with these issues and more. I do not use the “one size fits all” pre-written scripts approach employed by some. All of my clients are unique and I always listen and assess before creating a program that is tailored to meet their individual needs.
Mindfulness Resilience Enhancement
Mindful Resilience Enhancement will help you to learn to become more self-aware, in a moment by moment way; to identify unhelpful habitual patterns; new coping skills and strategies; and to become more resilient.
Mindfulness is a simple approach that works with various systems in our brains to maximize our inner resources and resilience, thereby improving our ability to cope with life’s difficulties. The aim is to develop the ability to pay deliberate attention to our experiences, moment by moment.
I offer a range of clinically proven Mindfulness courses that have been designed to reduce stress and anxiety and promote peace and well-being, both physically and mentally.
These courses are intended to be culture-neutral so that people from different traditions can easily practice mindfulness and related practices. These courses are not about spirituality or religious practices; they can be experienced on all physical, psychological and spiritual levels.
