The initial telephone consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and is free.
Subsequent therapy sessions last approximately 1 hour and cost between £50 and £65 per session, depending on the therapy.

Low motivation can manifest itself in low self-esteem and low mood. This can put a strain on relationships, increase anxiety levels and impact on eating habits.
I can help clients overcome low motivation, particularly those suffering from with work-related problems arising from under-performance.
Working together, identifying the underlying issues and common triggers, we will work together to identify your barriers to motivation and find practical strategies that aim to overcome them.
