Therapeutic interventions with an emphasis on solution-focused approaches
As an Integrated Therapist and Psychotherapist, I do not directly treat conditions; I help you find solutions to the problems associated with a condition, with the aim of increasing your independence and enhancing your well-being. Click here for more details.
Common problems I help with include emotional resilience, body image, physical pain management, overcoming anxiety, fear and phobias, stress management, and mood disorders.
These are some of the more common problems I help with, however we work with people who experience a diverse range of issues that affect independence in daily life. If you can’t find the information you are looking for here please call me and speak to me. Click here for more details.
I specialise in working with people struggling after surviving cancer and the difficulties that arise – emotionally, physically and mentally. I also support people suffering with auto-immune disorders and pre- and post-menopausal traumas. Click here for more details.
